From one incoming supply to every circuit in the building — distribution done right.
A distribution panel is where the incoming 415V supply is divided into the individual circuits that power every machine, lighting zone, socket outlet, and motor in a building or plant. Each outgoing feeder has its own MCCB, MCB, or isolator — sized for the load current and the downstream cable — so that a fault on any circuit is isolated by that feeder's device alone, without affecting the rest of the installation. The panel's busbar is sized for the prospective short-circuit current at the point of supply, and the incomer is coordinated with the utility's main fuse or incoming breaker to clear faults within the required disconnection time.
Sakthi fabricates distribution panels to customer single-line diagrams, from simple pump house boards with three or four outgoing circuits to main distribution boards with 20+ feeders, sub-metering, and power quality meters. Enclosures are MS powder-coated or GI, busbars copper or aluminium, with all switchgear — MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, and earth leakage circuit breakers — from established brands. Every panel is tested for insulation resistance and wiring continuity before dispatch, with a wiring diagram and test certificate supplied.
Typical applications
Distributes 415V incoming supply to multiple outgoing feeders through MCCBs, MCBs, and isolators.
MCCB-based protection on each outgoing feeder provides selective fault isolation without disturbing healthy circuits.
Installed in textile mills, engineering shops, food processing units, and pump houses as main distribution boards.
Optional CT inputs and sub-meters allow energy monitoring of individual production lines or cost centre departments.
